70% of my journey fare

i touched kr puram in bangalore at 0410am...20 hours journey from vizag...janaury chill was there to feel across...the entire platform was packed with passesngers alighted in the suburbs rushing to reach their home before the grinding day starts...the station was unfriendly...i had to literally carry of all baggage on steep stairs and then had to face the demanding bengaluru auto walla....for a distance of 12 kms.they were demanding 350 to 400 rupees...to add to the plight, there were no buses around...finally waiting for a good half an hour, managed to get an auto for rs 210...
why is the civic authority so indifferent to citizens of its city...thousands of travellers alight at kr puram in the wee hours...why cant they provide economical public transport or why cant they rein in autrocious auto wallas...
frustrating...

Psychophancy

Some times I wonder why organisations do not suceed or can not function to its fullest capacity. She suffers from commitment from people. Everyday I see managers walking in and out of offices handling more personal work and less official work and when you actually approach them to initiaite a work which will help the organisation...you get crazy answers..i am busy...too much of non value added activity. why this psychophancy?? I am sick and tired of these people and I am also tired of organisations bearing them
